Routine seasonal AC system checkup. Technician was professional and courteous. Checked everything and answered all of my questions. This company is competent from top to bottom, from the first point of contact, down to the guy that shows up. Very pleased, and would recommend!

Totally satisfied

Great work, professional, very happy with service, Nick did a great job .

Prompt, courteous, friendly service. No dirt tracked in....leaves my home cleaned up....no messes. I've found them to be very reasonable (price wise) and I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Scheduled furnace maintenance for both of our furnaces and humidifiers, and was very impressed with the service we received today. Our Technician, Nick, was very personable and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was very good, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing, any issues he found, and all services Althoff provides. What I liked best is thst Althoff didn’t just provide 1 service estimate but provided options so that you can choose based on your budget. I was very satisfied at the service we received from Althoff Services and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service.

AC tune-up - very thorough.

It was a pleasure doing business with Althoff. I appreciated the professionalism and thorough care I received with everyone I came in contact with at Althoff.

Althoff is always ready to assist with whatever problem we may have I can never imagine using anyone else.

Good and clean work

Thank you Jim

I am so glad to be working with Althoff for my heating, air conditioning, and plumbing concerns as well as maintenance of these units. Miost recently, Mike from the plumbing department completed the plumbing inspection of my home. His knowledge and ability to explain plumbing in terms I understood was so appreciated. I highly recommend him as well as Althoff in general.

Yesterday we had our furnace, air conditioning unit, air filter system and whole house humidifier replaced. Alex Florita and Wiktor Kruzel were the two technicians who removed the old equipment and installed the new products. To say the installation was flawless, incredibly clean and perfectly done would be a gross understatement. These craftsmen did a fantastic job, were very careful in our home and answered all of our questions completely. We , as usual with Althoff, were totally satisfied. Today, Jesse Hernandez from Althoff came to us to replace our water heater. He was incredible. He was friendly, professional, and went way beyond my expectations. He answered every one of our questions, provided us with advice on how to best use the equipment and did an outstanding installation of our new tankless water heater. We have been customers of Althoff Home Services for over thirty years Over that time we have worked with many technicians and staff members to address our needs. I can say, without reservation, that all of these people met or exceeded our expectations. Jesse, Alex and Wiktor FAR exceeded those expectations. Jesse is an incredible technician. And what a truly nice person. Totally outstanding in every way. Bob and Sharon Rozycki

I had a plumbing issue. I called and they had sent Mat out in a few hours and he fixed it was thorough and explained the cost to me and what he was doing. I would recommend this place to anyone needing plumbing service.

I've never had such good service as Althoff brings. Exceeds my expectations every visit.

We have been using Althoff Home Services for ALL of our plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs for many years now (after 2 bad experiences with another company). Althoff is a family owned & operated company and it shows in their professionalism, kind and courteous approach and the steps they take to make sure we feel like our job is their only priority. Their pricing is fair, work is thorough and absolute top-quality! Highly recommend!

Seasonal maintenance on boiler and hydroponic heating system was done, and water heater was checked and flushed. Excellent service. Thank you Brian!

On time arrival for a new Trane furnace installation. Technicians were polite, friendly and did an expedient professional installation. Cleaned up before they left. I was impressed as expected with Althoff Ind. installers. Thank you for a job well done!

Altoff's service is always excellent. We've never been disappointed and our history with them goes back 28 years, ever since we moved to this community!

Mark was friendly, professional and thorough. He did a great job fixing and cleaning my AC unit. He took time to look everything over and made recommendations for services in the future. I appreciated his advice and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend him!

I recently switched to Altoff Services to do my annual A/C and Heater maintenance. They came this week to do the A/C. they did a thorough job in testing my A/C's cooling efficiency. they tested refrigerant levels. They removed the outside unit's shroud and thoroughly cleaned the unit. This was the first time anyone did that. I was very happy with the work they did.

I was out of the state when my son texted about the water leak in the basement. Althoff responded promptly and resolved the issue. So happy with the service they provide!

My A/C stopped working due to an unusual problem. Edwin used excellent analytical skills to find the solution. He was professional, thorough, and an excellent communicator. I highly recommend Edwin and Althoff

We had new a/c compressor and attic fan unit installed in the spring. Team was efficient and did a great job. Completed just as stated. Electricity bill went from above average for neighbors to below average according to ComEd report. It has been a lot of savings (plus house is cool - old one wasn't working well). Technicians have been wonderful in ensuring working just right (Ryan Staral, thanks! ... Brian Pulaski, thanks!). The staff calling us for our maintenance check (free with install) were so polite and accommodating. Really stellar service!

Jon at Althoff was a lifesaver. Had a leak that several other companies were unable to fix. Jon had a great attitude and resolved my problem quickly. I will be using Althoff in the future.
